2、 Detection principle
Fluorine ions react with fluoride reagents and lanthanum nitrate in an acetate buffer medium with a pH of 4.1 to form a blue ternary complex, which is then compared by colorimetric method. After calculation by a microcomputer chip, the fluoride content (calculated as F -) is directly displayed.
